Shipping & Returns Policy

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please contact Soul Chocolate to return an item. Your item must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturing defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 

Any refund will be determined at Soul Chocolate's discretion and may incur a 20% restocking fee. Soul Chocolate will make any refund within forty-five (45) days of Soul Chocolate's receipt of returned product. 

  1. Please email orders@soulroasters.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

    • Toronto, M5E 4LE
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

    CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF PRODUCT

    Once an order has been placed and processed by Soul Chocolate, it may only be canceled with the consent of Soul Chocolate. Items may be added to processed orders, but additional product and shipping charges will apply. If items are canceled from a processed order, a 20% restocking fee may apply.

    DAMAGED PRODUCT

    We package our chocolate bars with sustainability and quality assurance in mind, however we can't always guarantee that some bars will not be broken in transit. Please contact us if there has been damage to the box and we will file a claim with FedEx / Canada Post.
