Trinidad 70% Mint & Nib Crunch

If we think back to our childhood winter experiences, aside from frostbite, chocolate mint comes to mind. So we made a bar that takes us back to the good old days!

We used Trinidad 70% as the base of this chocolate, as we found it light and carries flavour well. while the cacao was refining into chocolate, we tossed in a generous helping of dried mint leaves, which gives it that refreshing mint experience. And to top it off, we sprinkled cacao nibs on the back of each bar, before they entered our cooling cabinet to set.

The experience is not to be missed. Here all winter long!

INGREDIENTS:
Cacao beans from Trinidad, organic cane sugar, cacao nibs, mint
Store in a cool, dry area
