We pride ourselves on working with great
suppliers. Our cacao comes from Oko Caribe
in Dominican, the fresh milled flour we
use is from our pals at Brodflour, and the
flaked salt is from Vancouver Island Salt Co.

Our Chocolate Lavender Tart requires a
few specific tools and ingredients to get the
job done. Here's a list of what you'll need:
- 10" tart pan (or 9" cake pan will do)
- Medium saucepan
- Whisk, spatula, fork & knives
- Measuring cups & spoons
- Whipping cream
This chocolate lavender tart is made with
Dominican cacao, fresh milled flour from
our pals at Brodflour, and locally sourced
It's well balanced, delicate in flavour and has
a lovely, creamy texture.
